Day 22 - Cycle 75 km via Glace Bay to Sydney

Our last day, hard to believe 3 weeks has gone by. Had a clear sunny day. The road was quite and scenic on the way to Glacé Bay.

The Cape Breton Miners' Museum in Glace Bay.

The ride into Sydney from Glace Bay was on a busy main road. All arrived safe and sound at our hotel and as you see below got right to packing the bikes.

This ends our Maritime tour. The definition of a successful trip is when all the riders arrive safely, have had a good time and when you can say you have made many new friends. This has been a very successful trip. Group #2 wish to thank Jill and Dan for the hard work they put into planning the tour and providing the excellent trip maps. We also want to thank Yvonne and Les for their leadership, patience and guidance on the trip.

It's been fun capturing the images and the stories of the trip. I hope you have enjoyed the blog. Rob

  1. Thanks Rob. I enjoyed the blog very much. Glad all of you made it back safe and sound and Adelle was able to complete the trip. Have a safe flight home. See you and Lynne in Victoria.
